Here's what you need:
- Your favorite salad (I like the red/green leaf lettuce with spinach)
 - An apple
 - Walnut pieces
 - Raspberry vinaigrette dressing
 
Here's what you do:
- Prepare two servings of lettuce into bite-sized pieces
 - Dice up the apple and divide between the two salads
 - Top with walnuts and the dressing.
