These are sooooooooo good. If you love banana bread, brown sugar, cream cheese, or cake, you need to make this. I think since it's called "snack cake" it's healthier for you... right?

ReplyDeleteWhat kind of flour did you use? The recipe said wheat pastry flour and not to use regular whole wheat. . .
ReplyDeleteI used the wheat pastry flour. But I think she said you can use all-purpose flour. Not as "healthy" but I don't think that's the goal. ;)
