Summer Salad

Just looking at this picture makes my mouth water. This has got to be the best way to eat a salad. It is so simple and only requires a few ingredients. I love its sweet taste and texture.

Here's what you need:
  • Your favorite salad (I like the red/green leaf lettuce with spinach)
  • An apple
  • Walnut pieces
  • Raspberry vinaigrette dressing 

Here's what you do:

  • Prepare two servings of lettuce into bite-sized pieces
  • Dice up the apple and divide between the two salads
  • Top with walnuts and the dressing.
Such a fresh and tasty addition to any summer meal. Enjoy!
